The tech arrived early which the company called and asked if he could. He explained the problem to me and told me my options. In the end we went with a new opener and springs( the right ones). I was very amazed at the techs knowledge and how fast it was to change thing over! From start to finish was about an hour! No more worries if door will work or not. Thank you!

Precision came out the same day I called. They post pictures of their repairmen for your safety. The person they sent arrived on time with a call ahead. Unfortunately I was not in a position to install a new system at this time. However he provided me a temporary fix enabling me to buy some time before I had to replace everything. I was very pleased with their service

Jim..Over this past weekend my garage door was not operating. I call Precision and the representative who answered my call was courteous, cordial and thorough. She told me that Nick was scheduled to arrive between 12:00 and 4:00. Additionally, she said that it may be possible that Nick may get there earlier and would that be OK. Well Nick Rossi arrived before noon and did a complete diagnostic check of the issue with the door. He explained all of the issues and options with me as well as the costs involved. He was very friendly, gracious and extremely knowledgeable and the consummate professional. Both of these employees are enormous assets and representatives to your company!!

Stefan Harris, our repair technician, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and expeditiously resolved both our perceived as well as an additional garage door issue. I had used Precision in the past around 2017 for a broken spring on the garage door. It was fixed without issues and the tech was good. So when I was having issues with the garage door motor bringing the door up, tech found the issue and fixed it. Good service, friendly

It started with a simple phone call concerning what I thought was a problem. The employee I talked to said she understood and contacted a technician who was in my area. He (Josh) was there in a short time. He looked over my garage door and agreed on my assessment. He corrected my problem installing new hardware and springs. All complete in a little over an hour.
