Precision installed the garage door and I wanted it checked before the peak of hurricane season. The technician suggested a battery back up which we had installed. I am under 5' in height and it is difficult to raise the door manually.

I had an estimator come out to give me a quote on a new door. I'm upset that they weren't able to install the door the same day because I needed a permit first. Otherwise he was very friendly and knowledgeable.

james gave price on the springs that I requested and noted that I needed rollers and hubs but did not pressure me to get them. I decided to have the hubs and rollers replaced. james was very courteous and explained everything upfront and supplied costs before the work was started. I highly recommend this business and will use them again
