Had seen Precision service trucks many times at our condominium complex so I assumed it was the company of choice for many off my neighbors. So when one of the springs in our garage door broke I called Precision immediately and scheduled an appointed for the next day. The technician, Christian, arrived on schedule, diagnosed the situation, provided estimates of options and went to work immediately. He completed the necessary repairs expeditiously, within an hour. I am completely satisfied with the service and recommend Precision without reservation.
