Keith A. came out to check on my garage door opener because (to me) it was making a very loud noise when operating. After a thorough inspection he said the unit was running good and it was rattling because well, it's over 13 years old and things start to go bad over time. He was very nice, professional, and helpful in explaining my options (in writing) for a future door opener and the differences in pricing. My garage door opener quit working on a Sunday. I called Precision and they said they could be out that afternoon to look at it. Ryan Goodpasture arrived between the times the dispatcher indicated and replaced the unit that day in just a hour. What service!!! Everything was covered under warranty - no hassles whatsoever.
