My garage door opener quit working on a Sunday. I called Precision and they said they could be out that afternoon to look at it. Ryan Goodpasture arrived between the times the dispatcher indicated and replaced the unit that day in just a hour. What service!!! Everything was covered under warranty - no hassles whatsoever. I will recommend Precision to everyone I know. Thanks for being great to work with!!

Precision Door immediately addressed our issue today after making a service call late last night. They were very accommodating to our schedule which can be challenging with three kids. I could not be more impressed with not only the quality of the work performed but also with the character of the technician who came out today. I was a unnerved when the garage door spring broke and knocked the overhead shop light off its chain. I am glad to give this service a 5-star rating. I love the repaired door. I didn't know how bad it was until the technician repaired the broken parts. He did not try to oversell parts or service, but did an amazing job on the repair. He suggested things to do on a preventative measure and things that needed to be done to get the door working again. He was very accommodating and professional.
