Due to age and some problems with my garage door I decided it was time to get a new one. I have had work done by your company in the past and I have to admit your salesman (Greg) was one of the most helpful and professional individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing. I will have to wait a few weeks for my new door and your tech (sorry I forgot is name) was extremely attentive to details and professional as well. I would certainly recommend these to men and your company in the future.

Aside from sticker shock (partially offset by N/C for safety cables) everything was first class, including luck of getting an appointment less than 2 hrs from initial call. Matt clearly likes working for PDS (Jim). I was pleased with how he upgraded the system as he went along.

Service and response time is excellent. The first tech. was very thorough and took his time to explain our alternatives to fixing the door. He had a second tech. come out and give us another estimate so that we could make a decision to repair or replace. 5 Stars for customer service.
