When I tried to put in the service techs name your form would not accept it. His name was Jason Scott and he was both professional and friendly. I would like to add (having retired in the customer service field) that it is very refreshing to have the president of a company take an interest in the daily goings on in his company. Had there been any problems, this would be the perfect tool for service recovery.

Due to age and some problems with my garage door I decided it was time to get a new one. I have had work done by your company in the past and I have to admit your salesman (Greg) was one of the most helpful and professional individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing. I will have to wait a few weeks for my new door and your tech (sorry I forgot is name) was extremely attentive to details and professional as well.
