My dear Mr. Jim Rapp, Almost two years sgo I contacted your company to try to help me with my broken garage door, It was very easy to see that it would have to be replaced and so one of you fine techs put in a new door for my wife and I. It was quickly put up and been working daily for us. While cleaning the vinal strip around the door in Nov. I saw daylight at the top and saw the top was bending in, I had seen that befor on my old door and I knew it would only get worse ,so this time I wanted to nip it in the bud befor the whole door fell like befor, I contacted your company fully expecting to have to pay for this service , Starting from the receptionest who took my info all the way to greeting your fine technicians that made the repairs,everything was handled so politely and professionally , and we were so amazed at how fast they made the repair, and then to find out it was no charge, WOW, TWO THUMBS UP my wife and I only reccomend your company to anyone we see and talk to. My husband and I had seen Precision commercials on TV, so my husband is the one who told me to give you guys a call. We did like that your company had certified technicians and that you were full insured. We had both of the torsion springs on the garage door replaced since one of the springs broken in half. The technician that came out was very polite and professional. He arrived on time, earlier than scheduled, which was fantastic. He did a great job and got our garage back in working order. I would most definitely consider using Precision again and would love to work with the same technician.

The previous owner of the house I just bought in April had the garage door spring replaced in January and was very pleased with the service provided, which is why I decided to contact Precision when my door started acting flaky. Sure enough, I was just as satisfied with the service and the tech, Matt. He walked into my garage and knew the problem right away. Once he replaced the safety sensors, the door worked like a charm! I will definitely keep Precision on speed dial if my garage door misbehaves again!
