My Genie Garage Door was at least 30 years old, so I got my money’s worth! However, I wasn’t prepared for how expensive a new one would cost!! If it wasn’t for your policy of breaking it up into 5 different payments I would be getting out of my car to raise and lower my garage door! There is no way I could have paid for it all at once! Both technicians were outstanding and finished the job in one hour! That must be some kind of record!! Thanks guys! Great job!! ??

the repair price I was quoted was absolutely embarrassing. I have used Precision in prior years for a new door and repairs but I can't see that continuing into the future. If your business policy is screw the customer and get as much money out of them as you can, I'll find someone else.

I had my garage door and genie opener installed in June 2023. I also chose to participate as a member for one year and I am so glad I decided that option. The outside keypad was installed as a convenience to me, however, it would not work for me several months after it was installed. I called the genie phone number with no results except for me to contact Precision. When I called, the customer service rep. was very sincere and scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician spent 5 minutes and determined I needed a replacement keypad at no charge and it worked just like it was supposed to. No more frustration and it works like it's supposed to. Very happy customer now!

I was so impressed with the level of service I received from the very beginning. I was uncertain, when deciding what gauge to purchase for my new garage door, so Anastasia had an executive, Carlos, call me to explain and put me at ease on my decision. I also had a unique situation with overhead storage inside my garage. Two other companies told me I would have to remove my storage, but Precision came up with a solution so I could keep my storage, Jesus and Nicholas explained to me in detail how we could make it work. They couldn’t have been any nicer. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I had a garage door opener that had been installed by Precision Door in 2020 that the WiFi control pad had quit working. I called Precision Door and they sent a technician to my home the same day. The technician (Arnold Simpson) was unable to correct the issue. Precision Door then replaced the garage door opener and all the remotes under the service warranty at no cost to me. Mr. Simpson was very professional, friendly and had the new products installed and working in around an hour. Precision Garage Door is a great company to deal with and I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Like they say “Garage doors never break at a good time”. Neither did ours. Precision lost no time helping us. Cody Johnson, Precision’s Technician, did a thorough assessment of our problem. He rapidly located the issue and offered a smart affordable solution. Since our opener was quite old we both decided to inspect the whole opener system for potential problems. Cody was very knowable of the working and construction of our old opener. He developed menu of repairs and estimated costs. Every item was well thought out and a technically sound assessment. We agreed on the repairs needed and Cody made them on the spot. ZERO pressure from Cody or Precision Staff members to do more than we wanted. That was good! My wife has her garage back and is happy, so I’m happy. Cody is a professional technician, a personable guy, and a great credit to Precision. Keep him- Good help is hard to find!

In May 2021 I bought 2 new garage door opener motors and a key pad mounted outside the garage door.We had trouble over the past few months with the key pad not working. I called yesterday to have a technician come out. Today the technician showed up and REPLACED the key pad. No Charge, all under warranty.
