In May 2021 I bought 2 new garage door opener motors and a key pad mounted outside the garage door.We had trouble over the past few months with the key pad not working. I called yesterday to have a technician come out. Today the technician showed up and REPLACED the key pad. No Charge, all under warranty. The technician was a very nice young man and did his work quickly and competently. BRAVO for Precision Garage Door company of Clearwater!

I called for repair because the door had become noisy. Cody was the technician who came to my home. He was very professional and polite and confident. He worked for more than an hour and was able to quiet the noise of my door and get it working smoothly. I am impressed with how professional this work was done. From the person answering my phone call to the technician arriving to program a second garage door opener, all were very courteous, professional, friendly, and helpful. I particularly liked your concern for the safety of your customers by providing (please forgive me) mugshots of your technicians. I asked Chris J. which was his and he confessed he trimmed his beard down since then. My ex-company (a GE subsidiary) uses your services here in Clearwater and I know they're picky, so I selected you years ago to handle my garage door needs. BTW, I have the quietest garage door in Clearwater!

Austin was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, personable and exhibited a sense of urgency. On a scale from 1-10, he gets an 11. The newly installed garage door opener exceeded expectations. Other service oriented companies (hvac, plumbing, electrical, etc) could take a lesson from Austin/Precision Overhead. This is my second time using Precision Overhead Door Service, bc I had a bad spring a few years ago. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

My spring on my garage broke Sunday. Used chat feature and got appointment next day. Tech called to tell me he was on his way. Explained everything in detail with cost and repaired the issue quickly. Excellent service. So very impressed.

Absolutely the best of all possible service!! I called at 1:30PM on Sunday to schedule an appointment - which I supposed would be later in the week. To my surprise, Orion Mancini called to say he was on they way and arrived a couple of hours later - on that same Sunday! Not only did Orion provided me a written estimate and keep me informed as the worked progressed, but he had everything he needed on the truck. By 6PM the garage door was once again operational. Dear Jim Rapp, Oh, my heavens, I can't thank The Lord and your company enough for the miraculous gift of a functioning garage door!!! I called up last week, as I was "trapped inside my garage", meaning I couldn't open the antique door, with ONE ARM, as my left arm was in excruciating pain!! I had a Dr.'s appointment the next day to get this shoulder/arm thing further evaluated! I couldn't miss that appointment, so I called your company and Rebecca came out. One thing led to another and as I am "low-income", retired and on disability, I was blessed and gifted a brand new, white, working garage door so I can easily get in and out of the garage!! My family, (who is not yet Christian, ; D ) were shocked. They don't know the teachings of the Bible like we do! ; D ! I think this act of benevolence further inspired my 35-year-old son, who decided to bless me with a DISHWASHER yesterday! It is very hard to wash dishes with one arm!! Work up on Monday morning to an inoperable garage door. :( what a way to start the week. Called Precision and explained the issue, Ashley was very accommodating and scheduled service that day. Brian called just as he was in the neighborhood and said he'd be there in 5-10 minutes. Right on time.. He checked the issue and explained the options to repair and get us going.. Replaced the springs, chain link drive with a screw drive (who knew it was way quieter) replaced the motor (from 1998), installed new remotes and got everything in working order within 3 hours. Easy options to finance on the website. Walked me through the operations and upgrades :).. very very pleased! Thanks again
