I've used Precison door in the past and have always been satisfied with their service and prices. Today, my home garage door needed repair and servicing. The technician showed up on time (actually early), provided an estimate in 10 minutes, and completed the work in 45 minutes. He was friendly, professional and provided several solution options. After using repair service XX, I called Balco this morning only to hear a busy signal for over 1 1/2 hours. Fortunately, I googled garage door repair and selected Precision. Glad I did, Joshua Figueroa and his helper showed up and provided a through inspection. They offered several options to get me back up and operating. I chose the most expensive, because it came with a 7 year warranty for parts and labor. They did a great job, I felt comfortable with the end result, certainly worth the additional cost of bringing the entire back to premium operating condition. Its so QUIET now.

I have used Precision over 10 years for my garage door needs. Just recently had to have the motor and belt replaced. Tech arrived on time of appointment. It was determined could repair the old motor but be so expensive decided to go with a new motor. He replaced the motor, belt, railing, sensiors, and door panel in less than hour and half. He was very knowledgeable and experience how to put in the new parts. I was as pleased with their work this time as I have been in the past. I would highly recommend them. Also another plus they carry the parts needed on the truck so able to get it fixed the same day.
