Your tech, Chad, was very professional, assessed the entire performance of the door, springs, rollers, etc. Gave me several options of how to proceed with the project. Josh was very friendly from the contact call previous to arriving, once he made to my house he just kept being pleasant and demonstrating knowledge, checked for damages to my garage's door, presented me with a quote and started repairs right away, my wife arrived and asked him many questions to which he responded with the right tone and with attitude. Derek was also very professional and took ownership of situation when service could not be done yesterday evening as I needed due to time of day, he offered waiving of service fee which I thank him, regardless of cost of repairs performed. You guys really take it upon yourselves to assist customers

Our first experience with Prestige was in October 2015 when our garage door opener failed to work.not knowing who to call we saw the TV add and we called. From the initial call which was handled by a professional office staff member to the gentlemen who were dispatched to our home they arrived on time and took care of the issues. Now today we called with an issue and again everything went smoothly and Hunter appeared on time took care of the issue. He was totally professional sized up the issue and took care of it. I would strongly recommend Prestige a great company employing professionals. Thank you

If you are looking for a garage door contractor, look no further- you got the perfect one here!!! They did an excellent job on my replacement garage door with outstanding customer service! I would like to compliment about Rebecca Diaz- she is an outstanding associate. I live in NY and for me it was difficult to co-ordinate the process- Rebecca did everything seamlessly-from permits to scheduling installation. Rebecca is always professional, calm, customer centric and listen to clients’ concern. She was always there to address my concerns even post installation process of Polk County inspection. I wish her all the best and would certainly recommend to my friends.

Spring on our garage door broke both of her vehicles inside the garage and could not get out. Called Percision they were great they told us they would send somebody to us the next day they were here on time and Jose was a great representative of precision door didn't excellent job and I would recommend this company to anyone

Very happy with the service. Craig was efficient and very knowledgeable. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because on the phone I was quoted $60 to $120 for a broken spring. It ended up costing us $278.00 because we have 2 springs. We should have been asked over the phone how many springs we have because then I would have shopped around to make sure the price was comparable to other companies. Only 1 spring was broken but was told both needed to be replaced by tech.

Brent Howell was our technician. He called in advance of his arrival, was friendly, polite, & knowledgeable. He did a thorough evaluation of our 11 year old garage door informing us it was in good shape and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. He replaced our garage door springs, cables and lubricated the door. We would highly recommend him personally or Precision Garage Door Service to anyone who would ask. Nice job Brent.

Prompt service as advertised. Friendly and courteous technicians. I think uninformed older people could easily purchase waaaay more than would be necessary to repair original issue. I’m a General Contractor for 40 years and they certainly built up a substantial list of items. Back off on the up-selling a bit . It could be misconstrued very easily.
