They came out to fix something then 2 hours later the door isn’t closing…. After they charge 1700 to fix something and then to have an issue 2 hours later is ridiculous.

I used Precision because my neighbor had used them in the past. I can only give them 2 stars. One for the Tech for being courteous and polite and the other one for the people who answer the phones who are also very polite and zero stars for pricing! I want to share that Precision is VERY EXPENSIVE!!! I called and complain about their HIGH prices which they did adjust my bill but I still feel I overpaid. I know I should have done more homework on my part but this is the first time I had to have garage door repairs in the 27 years owning my home. So go and Google cost in your area! After viewing BobVila.com site (3/28/23); I realize I paid too much! Precision needs to be more transparent on pricing! When Tech arrived I was given 3 quotes (between $4,500 - $1,100)??? Really??? So Google and shop around and save yourself some money!!!!!!

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is FANTASTIC!! They installed a new door opener for me in November of 2021. The opener for whatever reason had started malfunctioning (had a life of its own) I called last week and set up an appointment for today for them to hopefully resolve the problem. The opener was of course still under warranty and some companies would still spend hours trying to fix the problem or only getting it to sort of work. Precision didn't mess around they removed the bad unit and replaced it with a brand new one in no time at all and the best part everything was covered under the warranty, even the service call! The technicians including the guy who originally installed the unit were super friendly and happy to explain everything that was going on and to answer any question I might have had. This company can't be beat. If you need service give them a call! Thank you Precision.

I was quite impressed! After another company blew me off and never showed up, I called Precision. The person I talked to was helpful and able to set me up with an appointment the very next day. My technician was professional, and explained everything to me. I found the price to fix my garage door to be quite reasonable and will be sure to use them again. Amazing experience I highly recommend this company. Robert was my technician. Not only did he fix the issue I had but was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. As a matter of fact I was the one that inquired on a replacement option just because my motor for the garage sounds a bit rough. Robert explained to me clearly the reason for the rough noise and gave me options based on what I was looking for.
