SO HAPPY!!! The spring on our garage door broke Monday late afternoon and it wasn't a full 24 hours later that Precision had someone at my house fixing it. Tuesday, at 12:30 pm, Keith came and repaired the door, double checked the third door and made sure all the working parts were in order. He was professional, informative and actually wanted to make sure I was happy with the job. I will recommend Precision to all my neighbors and friends. Fantastic company and people!!! Thanks!

The overall service was great and fairly priced. The only problem was they give you a two hour window and I was under the impression the technician would arrive right at the scheduled 10-12 appointment. He arrived around 11.
