Called for a broken spring. I would first say that the service techs that were sent were extremely nice and courteous and made the repairs as needed. I absolutely felt that the pricing was way too high! Never expected to pay $740 for spring replacements and not even the top line springs. Granted that the labor was included but springs just don't cost that much! A door sensor appeared to go bad at the same time which I said I would replace and looked up pricing for an OEM replacement $39. They ended up replacing it at no cost but their invoice price for the sensor was $240 which again they did not charge me for but clearly showing that there price structure is way out of line.

A tech by the name of Austin arrived when scheduled, was very friendly, polite and immediately got to work, clarifying my concerns and problems with my LIftmaster door opener. After checking some things and running some tests he determined that the problem was in the logic board. He gave me an estimate for replacement of the logic board and replacement of the entire Liftmaster unit as this opener is approximately 10 years old. All repair work was completed quickly and Austin made sure that both hand held remotes as well as the homelink in my Jeep were functioning properly.

Melanie guided us through the design process and we ordered the door , when we had to go back north early Precision said no problem, they would store it until we returned to Dunedin. when I called and said we would be flying in for just a week they arranged to install the door on schedule. the installers were great. Excellent service. Problem on Saturday night, and up and running by Sunday, early afternoon. Jordan Tompkins replaced the broken torsion springs and cable winding drums in record time. (At least I think so.) Also adjusted my garage door opener to match the new part's specifications. A little bit pricey, but you definitely get the service for which you pay.
