This is the second time I have used Precision and have had to have repairs which were both on the weekend. They came and took care of the problem the same day so I didn't loose time from work. Called on Sunday with non-emergency request, Matt came on Monday at the scheduled time. He knew the products I was interested in, and quickly and efficiently installed our new wifi and battery backup enabled opener, as well as updates to our rollers. He made sure all was working, including the opener in my car, on the wall, the remotes, and the app on my smartphone.

Precision installed these doors about 8 years ago and they have worked great. This was a normal maintenance and repair due to a worn reinforcement bracket and lack of my lubrication of the wheels and the bracket.
