He knew the products I was interested in, and quickly and efficiently installed our new wifi and battery backup enabled opener, as well as updates to our rollers. Precision installed these doors about 8 years ago and they have worked great. This was a normal maintenance and repair due to a worn reinforcement bracket and lack of my lubrication of the wheels and the bracket.
