We called on a Saturday when our garage door wouldn't open and received fast, same day service. Noah was our technician and was great! Very knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Gave us several options with no high pressure sell. Garage door is quieter than its been in a long time. Awesome service!

You had scheduled my appointment between 6 PM and 10PM on Saturday June 22, 2019. Your Tech Brian Harmon was not only on time but a half hour early wich was a big help. We were out of state at the time of the problem with our garage door but we had our neighbors Daniel and Martha. avail themselves to be there to let the tech in to do the repair. All went very well. Your tech was professional and very knowledgeable. He contacted me with what was going on with the door and he contacted me again when he was finished. Explained what parts were needed and that he made some minor adjustments to the door and to the springs which help make the door operate smoother and quieter. You have a great company.
