I qwas referred to you by my cousin who recently had a new opener installed for his garage door. I then saw your ad in the newspaper with coupons for reduced rated. I called for an appointment and today John Tsangarinos came and installed a new opener for us. He also put in a new coil spring, rollers for the doors, a keypad and even programmed our car to open the door. He was most courteous and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Chose Precision from the yellow pages in the phone book. I liked the two page add and the fact that if they did the repairs I did not have to pay for the service call. Also, they are a BBB accredited business. The service man, Mike, was very professional; called me to verify the appointment and called me again when he was 15 minutes away. He was in a company marked truck and wore a company uniform. Mike was very thorough in explaining the parts and repairs to us. He did not make us feel pressured to buy anything. When my husband and I decided to have the repairs done Mike was able to do the work right away. He had the needed parts in his truck and within two hours the new door springs and the new motor had been installed. We could not be happier with the garage door repairs.

Our experience with Precision Door was outstanding. Eric and Ben were on time, very personable, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. After the repair of our torsion springs, we had them install a other new parts, and a set of nylon rollers. Our garage door is now better than it was originally. Before they left Eric and Ben gave us a brief tutorial on lubricating the moving parts of our door and opener. We couldn't be happier. We will be using Precision for any future door issues. We highly recommend them.
