My garage door springs failed late on a Friday afternoon. PGD responded first thing Saturday morning and had the entire system recondition and back working in 2 hours. Technician (Mike) was helpful in not only doing the work but explaining the condition of all system components and his recommendation for repair. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone.

I had service technician Aidan Blanchette, at my home on Friday 1/16. My unit that was not working was an old Craftsman from 2009. Aidan, diagnosed my problem, explained to me my options for repair or replace, as well as pricing on new models. Made my decision, and he went to work.
