I just want to say thank you for such wonderful service. My husband called Precision and asked them to come out and troubleshoot our garage door opener. Our technician was Dallas Frazier. Dallas arrived early for our scheduled appointment. I was at work and my husband called to let me know what Dallas had found was wrong with our garage door opener. Our circuit board was fried from a lightning storm and we needed a new garage door opener. He quoted us the price for everything we requested with the new opener: two remotes and the outside keypad. Dallas also noticed that some of our wheels on the garage door would need to be replaced due to age (they were 19 years old) but it didn't have to be that day. We had him go ahead and replace all of the wheels as well. Dallas answered all of the questions I had, installed everything, checked the springs and made sure everything was all working as it should be. The garage door opener works perfectly, runs quieter than our last one, and the door closes so much better with the new wheels on the track. I highly recommend Precision for service, repair, or installation of a new garage door. Dallas was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It's so nice to find a quality and local service company.

Communication was great. I don't typically like the window of time approach but I received 2 or 3 calls to zero in on a more precise time as the day went along. Ben was my technician. He on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was happy with the service and work that he performed. He replaced the spring, which was what I called about, then the door opener.

Hi, I had Zach Rago here on Sat, of Labor Day weekend! He was here ahead of schedule, and explained why my door was making racket after I had the house painted. It turned out to be just paint, making the door stick. While he was here I had him do some extra things, and he was fast, professional, and very nice! I appreciate the good work and explanations! I don't normally write reviews, but recently we had call to use your company and was very pleased. One of or rentals in Polk County was hit by lightning over the weekend. I'd recently had 2 surgeries and was trying to coordinate getting things done for the tenant. The service at Precision was expedient, professional and knowledgeable. They had a tech, Zach, out to the property that afternoon and after an assessment of opener. Zach was able to advise me as to what we had, the advantages and disadvantages of different models and costs involved. He also recommended a single surge protector for unit as a small help in prevention going forward. His service was professional, helpful and expedient and it was a pleasure doing business with Precision. Being in sales myself over 20 years, I know a company is Only as good as their people and First impressions are everything. Thanks Zach and Precision !
