I appreciate the speed with which you responded to my service need. One of the springs on my auto garage door snapped so we were trapped, could get the door up. True to your ad, you responded within 4 hours even though your schedule was full and I live in Lakeland. Your technician, Frank Soto, is an outstanding representative of your company and very loyal to you, Jim. He presented himself well, obviously very knowledgeable, does an excellent job of explaining what needs to be done, what my options were and gave me an accurate estimate of the expense I was facing. When I made my decision as to what I wanted to get done, he did not waste any time in getting the repair done. Very glad I called your company. By the way, the lady who took my call was very helpful in solving my problem. Incidentally I purchased much more than the broken spring.

An all-around great experience. The technician (Frank) was very knowledgeable. He explained why the problem happened, explained all of the options for fixing it, and then did a great job performing the fix. He was very pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. My dogs even liked him - and they usually don't like anyone!

Carlos did a great job! He and the other gentleman that was with him helping were very professional, kind, courteous, and completed the job in a timely fashion. We had no idea that our garage was so "loud" until after they installed the new opener. It is so quiet, you cannot hear it going up and / or down. We are amazed! This was the first time that I have ever had to use the services of a garage door company for repairs or an install. From the first call to them, they conducted themselves very professionally. They were able to get to me within 24 hours and once on site they evaluated my garage door and gave me several options to resolving the issues that I had. The employee that was on site was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend them in the future and in fact I am a local real estate agent and have them set to go over to one of my sellers tomorrow to repair his garage door.

I'm very please to say Precision Door is a company stands behind the products they sell and install. My door opener motor failed within the warranty period and they came out on a Saturday and replaced my entire original door opener system with a new "Linear" drive system...everything: motor, belt drive, sensors, key pads.........no questions asked! It's the quietest and smoothest operating door system I've ever heard. Sean, the service technician, not only installed and adjusted the system hardware, he took the time to program fully explain the function and operating controls of the new door system. To say I'm extremely pleased with the response time and service, would be an understatement! Thanks Precision Door.....you earned an A++ in my book!
