I just had a great experience with Precision Door repair today. I phoned them this afternoon, a technician came hours later and completed my repair work which included installing a whole new cable. The total cost was a lot less than I anticipated. I recommend them highly. And, no, I don't know any of them personally.

The tech. Called 15min. Early to confirm, arrived on time. Inspected the door and wouldn't you know it worked fine! He did mention that the spring needed to be lubricated, which he did and then left the can of lubricant with me, AND DID NOT CHANGE Me for the service call! I would say that this was service above and beyond. Yes I will refer this company to other homeowners

You installed new garage doors in my house several years ago, and in my condo recently, when I downsized. The condo doors began to make a loud banging noise lately, and I was concerned that it had a big problem. I called you and you were here the next day, made a few adjustments, and my door is as quiet as I can expect. I would never have another company install or repair my doors. You are good and punctual, and always do a good job.

We ended up having the garage door opener repaired, track wheels & sensor lights replaced, along with a surprise replacement of the old door springs (which broke once the new wheels were installed.
