Precision did a great job of responding to my need. The service tech, Dallas, was obviously experienced and knowledgeable. The work Dallas performed more than adequately addressed my garage door problems, which basically consisted of conducting overdue servicing and maintenance of the door opener parts and connections.

The technician was on time. Very courteous. Always knocking on the door for entry in the home. He was sweet with my dog and made note of my need to leave the home by a certain time. Repairs were done quickly and have a 90 day warranty. He replaced 2 parts within the opener mechanism.
