We contacted Precision to fix a problem we had with our door staying open. Called on a Sunday and Nicholas was there on Monday morning. The door required an adjustment. We were totally prepared to be charged with a service call and were very surprised when there was no charge. No wonder they have so many awards! I would definite recommend Precision.

First, why did I call Precision? When I saw that my garage door spring was broken all I could think about was that commercial you run with the sound of the spring breaking. Yep, that's me now. I called on a Sunday morning with the intentions of getting a Monday repair but to my surprise, Precision had a tech working Sunday and he could be at my house that afternoon. So far so good. He arrives, and before he tries to sell anything we have a nice chat about my system, how it works and what problems to look for. After showing me assorted issues with my garage door he replaced both springs, end rod bearings and the steel cables on both ends. Was it cheap? Nope, but I would rather pay the going rate for good service one time than pay less and have to have the problem come back. In the end the system was repaired by someone who knew what he was doing and I have had no problems with the door since that day.

I chatted with Jason online and within 30 minutes of scheduling my appointment online through the chat with Jason my tech arrived. Christian was great and thorough. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Christian explained all repairs in detail. Christian also didn't try to over sell or push me into any items or services I didn't need. Within an hour my garage door is running better than ever! John was my technician who came to the house today. luckily I got him again. he has been out to my house 3 previous times to help myself as well as my neighbor. he is a wonderfu,l polite and professional. Today John have no assistant named Josh H who was equally polite, wonderful and professional. I will always request Jon as well as Josh to do any repairs should I need any in the future. My only complaint is that Angie's list has been purchased by Home Advisors and I don't like the way they do business.
