I wish I could give Precision 10 stars instead of 5. We had trouble with our garage door over the weekend and called Precision mid morning on Monday. Precision had not originally installed the door, but had done some work on it for us last year. David C., a technician, came to our house about 3 hours later. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, replaced some parts, and was finished in 45 minutes. Then he explained what he had done and what he had replaced. He also showed me how to lubricate the hinges and springs once a year, and gave me a spray container of liquid grease to do it. There was no cost - he said everything was under warranty. He thanked me for our business, and told me that Precision's policy is to make all customers happy and their garage doors work properly. As a retired business owner myself (in an unrelated industry), I couldn't agree more with that policy - and I saw the policy in action when David did the excellent work for us. I told him I would gladly recommend Precision to friends, neighbors, and family - or anyone.

The conversation started a little negative and shaky...demeanor of tech was not the most positive. But, after assessing the problem with the garage door everything change miraculously. My door was serviced 8-9 months previously and the tech did NOT make me aware of ALL the issues. So, to make it right the company turned on the warranty clause and fixed all past problems for "free" saving me over $1100 dollars, while fixing the new problem at a very fair price. I don't think or believe another garage company would do this. Kudo's to the management and the techs did an awesome job. I feel secure in knowing the work/service is under a 5 year warranty!!!

I am very fortunate that my son noticed my popped spring as the opener was still operating. Not knowing what to expect as it was the weekend, I let my fingers do the walking...beginning with Precision, who operates 7 days per week at the same rates. As I called others, I kept coming back to Precision...the rates and times of others did not compare and some even asked you to leave a message. So, back to Precision I went, setting up an appointment for Sunday morning. My technician, Joseph, was exceptionally personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained how the damage could have progressed had my son not seen the popped spring....definitely more costly than my repair cost. I was as pleased as I could be, especially living on disability, with my repair cost and my repairman. I will contact Precision in the future and will also ask for Joseph. Homeowners....listen to your openers, check them periodically....don't assume, as I did, that because it opens and closes that it is okay....check it, look at it, listen to it.

We were very pleased yesterday after calling about a broken belt drive, that the repair technician came within a specified time. He replaced the broken belt and lubricated the door hinges and rollers for smoother operation. We have no hesitation in recommending Overhead Garage Precision Door Service.

Late for oppointment. By two houes way over priced by hunderds a friend has the service done foe $150.00. Your salesman starts me out at $480.00.. Real fair pricing, never again...

I was pleased with the service and the personality of your technician although I feel your pricing was off the chart. I think the parts and service I received was way over priced. I did not like the way the pricing was explained to me on a hand written note pad. I did some research first on pricing before the technician arrived and felt I was taken advantage of for the repair. I should have went with my gut and saved myself 400.00 dollars. Unless you have money to burn I would not recommend your service

Precision technician (John Pappas) was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided exceptional and professional service repairs with helpful maintenance recommendations for a longer door life. All this was on a Football Sunday at 3pm and called actually that very morning for a service call appointment. No special fees, the repair bill would have looked the same on a Wednesday morning. door was not working properly. I called n Saturday Appointment was set up for Sunday between noon Nd ^ Chris was here at noon. All it took was somebody with experience to do a quick adjustment and minor instruction and he was on his way. Could not beat the promptness of the appointment If more companies employees with traet there customers the way I was treated they would not have to worry about going out of business
