It was great having a window for the arrival and then getting a call to move it up...a pleasant surprise considering so often a whole day is blown by having to wait. We were out of state for Thanksgiving and our teenage girls were home. They hand an issue with the garage door stuck in the up position. We called Precision from our cell while driving in TN. Precision was out to our home within a couple of hours, called us with the recommendation and fixed it on the spot without charging an outrageous price. Most importantly, our girls were safe!
