Communication after my request for service was excellent. The technician, Mike Vitello called ahead, and arrived slightly early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest in estimating our problems with the old garage door. We have an appointment to replace the old garage door with a wind rated reinforced door, as well as a new Liftmaster door opener.

Matt had replace the springs and rollers and made several other repairs.So when I needed a new garage door opener, I called Precision wednesday, and it was installed Thursday. The friendly installer, Matt, did an excellent job and explained each step of the installation. He also explained the maintenance of my whole door and opener system to keep everything in peak operation.
