Josh was our technician. He let us know ahead of time when he would be there. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us so we understood what had to be done and why. He helped us in so many ways during the process. He was very respectful to recalcitrant neighbors, truthful and straighforward with his communications. Our new door opening unit is so quiet compared to the previous one. It is a wonderful feeling to have a new reliable unit. Called Precision Garage Door on Saturday at 12:00 and an appointment was scheduled same day with the technician arriving by 3:00pm. The technician was Alex Leon and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He did a great job resolving my issue. Once again, precision garage door came through when we had issues with our garage we called on a Saturday afternoon because I dark was stuck open and they were there by late afternoon that day.. we had the pleasure of doing business with Chad, who was very respectful very courteous very informative and precision garage door should be proud of him as an employee. He was able to get our door corrected and is running just fine now.. Precision Garage & Door ARE more expensive than many other garage door repair companies, but you can't beat their service.. They are dependable, efficient and knowledgeable employees.. I hope your company makes your employees feel appreciated, that is the major "must have" from your owners/bosses.. They came out to measure and give me an estimate. It was very important to me that my lifted jeep with 38" tires would fit in the garage, including the opener arm. They took measurements, told me they could do it. The day they installed my garage, he made sure to continually take measurements, it took a little longer than usual - but my jeep fits in my garage with about 1-1/2 inches to spare - time to take the doors off! Thanks Precision for an exceptional job!

I asked for a quote over the phone and was told not quite $1000 for a single car, plain and simple door. When someone came to my house the price was given for one $2000. I could see maybe increase up to $1200 but that was a big jump from original quote. A bit disappointed.

This morning, I was closing the garage door and the roller came off the rail and couldn’t move. I called Precision and the very cordial woman scheduled me for today between 10 to 2. Of course no one plans to be stuck at home and unable to make appointments or run errands. However at 10:30, Cameron with Precision called and was at my home in 10 minutes. He was very articulate, knowledgeable and polite. He explained the problem and showed me too. Once he gave me the estimate and I authorized, he went to work and completed the job. He left 45 minutes later and I had a fully functional door. Thank you for such great service!!
