I originally called Precision Garage Door because they could come out after hours to fix my door so I could go to work the next day. They were so helpful I had them replace both door openers. A year later I damaged one of the rails. They came right out again and fixed it and would not charge me. Again I was able to not miss work. Today they came right out to check on a noisy motor which needed to be replaced so I wouldn't be locked in. Again no charge because of the warranty. Feeling a bit guilty about not paying for all this service I am having them put some extra cleats on my door when they replace the motor.
