I used Precision before when I needed a new Garage door and opener a few year's ago and they did a great job then so when my garage door started acting weird only going up about 4 &1/2 feet I called them again they came out within a couple of hours and it was my garage door opener so they installed a new one the technician was totally Awesome Thank You Precision garage door

The newly installed equipment appears to be of excellent quality and functioning perfectly. The real star, however, is Luke. He is polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He explained thoroughly every step of the way, and did so in a way that we, as customers, could understand and make informed decisions. I originally called Precision Garage Door because they could come out after hours to fix my door so I could go to work the next day. They were so helpful I had them replace both door openers. A year later I damaged one of the rails. They came right out again and fixed it and would not charge me. Again I was able to not miss work. Today they came right out to check on a noisy motor which needed to be replaced so I wouldn't be locked in. Again no charge because of the warranty. Feeling a bit guilty about not paying for all this service I am having them put some extra cleats on my door when they replace the motor.
