You were here once before and I liked what I saw. This time Charlie S looked at everything and showed us the issue and some potential issues. Based on that conversation we changed the Garage door Opener, and new rollers and sensors that needed to be replaced. He did a great job and we'll be calling you again with any issues we may have.

I knew I needed to have my garage door opener looked at soon because it was making a funny noise. I happen to see a Precision Garage Door van driving through my community. I stopped the driver, Nick and he happily followed me home to look at my issue. Just doing that alone, warrants a 5 star review, but the service I received once he inspected my opener was top notch. Within 2 hours time, I have a brand new Genie opener with a 3 yr warranty and knowing I don’t have that worry any longer eases my mind. Great job, Nick!

Arnold Simpson did an awesome job creatively solving a problem with a spring that was too strong for my too light door. He was on time, creative, competent, friendly, and professional. He said he’s worked for Precision for 13 years and they “are a great company”. I have to agree with him. This is not the first time we have utilized your services and it certainly will not be the last. Our subdivision had a power outage yesterday that lasted over 4 hours. We manually opened our garage door without power and went to our daughters house for dinner and cool AC comfort. When we returned home the power was back on so I tried the door opener and smoke escaped from the opener. We thought it was trashed since the system was installed in 2006. Called your office this morning and as promised your fine technician Isak Zenkic arrived as promised a few hours later. What a fine gentleman with a terrific attitude. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the good news. He said it was an easy fix and we would not have to replace the entire system. Fantastic service. Also, it was wonderful to hear how much he loved your company and his job, HOW REFRESHING. We have recommend your company to several neighbors and will continue doing so. Precision has been our garage door company since we moved here in 2006. They have been timely and very thorough in their work. Today Kevin had to replace our motor. He explained the different options, what might be best for us and did the installation quickly and professionally. He even took time to meet Kaia our Great Dane and get to be her friend. Always nice when the pets love the service folks. I would recommend Precision to one and all. Kevin was the best!
