Precision has been our garage door company since we moved here in 2006. They have been timely and very thorough in their work. Today Kevin had to replace our motor. He explained the different options, what might be best for us and did the installation quickly and professionally. He even took time to meet Kaia our Great Dane and get to be her friend. Always nice when the pets love the service folks. I would recommend Precision to one and all. Kevin was the best!

Not sure it seems $424 for 30 minutes of work and replacing rollers seems a little pricey, have been using precision for 20+ years on my property and others I maintain.

The young technician, Austin, was very polite and professional. He arrived within 90 minutes from my initial call to Precision and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem.
