I was very pleased with the services I received yesterday. It was definitely a 5 . He determined the problem and replaced the door control and gave me a quick tutorial. I asked if it would be possible to install a back up battery for the door opener. He not only said it was possible but he installed it immediately. Terrific service

Precision Door installed a new belt driven garage door opener at our townhouse. The men were courteous and did a wonderful job. My problem is that after being given an " installed" price we were then charged $94 dollars extra for " shop materials" and angle iron. I was under the impression that"installed" price ment materials necessary to complete the job. Very disapointed in the hidden charges. Five star rating for the job, two star rating for not being up front about total charges.

this was a warranty visit: We had a new Opener installed a few months ago. Over the past few weeks we noticed the Opener was getting a little noisy. I called for an inspection and our service tech John, was dispatched and took care of the situation. He inspected the motor and applied lubrication in a few places and now the Opener appears like new again. John had performed the original installation, is very professional and provided the required service to our satisfaction.

Today - the dumb movers packed in both of my garage door opener remote controls. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement in time before I moved. To my relief, the tech got here in a record time and replaced the missing remote controllers. Whew. Not only that, the day before, I finally got an electrician to install / add a plug outlet for the garage door opener... and to my dismay, the door wouldn’t open and close. The tech came by on the same day and explained to me about the “safety eye” and that it was blocked by a rake ... I had this “Duh” blonde moment. I learned something new here. LOL The Precision folks are the best.
