I received same day service when I heard a bang from the garage door motor upon opening or closing. Door would not come down to the garage floor leaving a small opening. Cameron quickly identified the issue to be the motor on the 10 year old Linear motor. Within an hour and a half, a new Genie opener was installed. This seems to be an upgrade to the previous Linear and is Wi-Fi enabled. Precision will always be my first choice for service and/or replacement.

This was the second time I needed to call a garage service company and the second time I called Precision Door Service. My first experience was great, no stress, people arrived on time and were courteous, friendly and respectful, so of course I had no hesitation in calling them the second time. I had the same experience again ,polite people on the phone, appointment made for as early as possible due to circumstances . Service representative arrived next day on time and again friendly and respectful explained problem to me in detail, gave estimate and deal was closed. Doug came to our house after we had a different company (the one who installed our garage door) come several times to address our door not closing! We have been OVERHEAD DOOR customers since 2005, 30 years. One of the two springs on the door broke last night. We called soon as OVERHEAD DOOR opened, to be told that the soonest they could send a tech was Dec 4th. We called PRECISION. PRECISION DOOR TECH Doug Surgener arrived right on time, early by a few minutes and checked the system over, discussed what needed to be done and replaced the springs. I chose Precision based on commercials. The spring broke right on the weekend and I scheduled appointment on Monday. John was very professional during his visit: he came on scheduled time, made some questions about the issue and took inspection of the garage door.
