I love Precision Garage door! I have used them in Maryland and now in Florida and in both cases, starting with the office staff to the repair men, they have been very polite, friendly with quick response times. Every repair man has been professional and knowledgeable completing the job expertly. I highly recommend them!

You can never find fault with Precision Garage doors...I have used them for over 20 years and, thankfully, I rarely need them. But when I do they are courteous, professional, and most of all, responsive!! This Team rocks from the people who answer the phone to the team members who come to my house!! Today Michael Freeman came for a needed repair and was patient while I was on a conference call until the work was completed and he provided me some necessary guidance...Outstanding Service!!!

From start to finish my experience with Precision Overhead Door Service was excellent. Karen got me on the schedule the same day, and Cody arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue then evaluated the entire system, giving me a range of options all carefully explained. I chose a major overhaul of aging parts—springs, rollers, cable drums, ball bearings, etc. Cody did a fabulous job and I am very pleased with the results. It was a pleasure doing business with him; he is a great asset to your company.

We selected Precision Door Service because they are in our area. The rep. we spoke with was very accommodating to get us scheduled as soon as possible. The technician came out the next day, first appointment. He did an assessment on our garage door. He showed us and explained what needed to be fixed. The repairs were done in a very timely manner. The technician showed us the parts and bearings he replaced. The workmanship comes with a 7 year warranty, no additional charge. We would recommend Precision Door Service for their excellent workmanship & service.

Yesterday Precision came out and replaced my Genie Garage Door opener. They came out the same day that I called them and they were on time. The service techs were great. A friend recommended we call Precision, and we did. I have absolutely no complaints. They were able to come out the next day to replace our springs that we've had since 1994, Orion was a pleasure to work with. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with me and all of my questions. He never tried to push things that we didn't need. He was upfront and honest on items we should consider replacing and items that could wait. Hopefully we won't have to see them anytime soon, but if we do they will be the company we call.

As I was backing out of my garage I failed to notice that the door was not up all the way and crashed into it. Thanks to service technician Chris Johnson for saving the day. He arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. After assessing the situation he was able to open the garage door enough for me to get my vehicle out and then was able to close and secure it. Unfortunately for me it was beyond repair and I will need to replace the very old door, but thanks to Precision my new door will be installed in less than 48 hours on Christmas Eve no less! Thank you!
