I purchased a garage door and opener May 2020. Everything worked perfectly until October of this year. Apparently one of my neighbors started using a device that interferes with the operation of my opener remotes; the opener light that should only blink when a remote is activated is on almost all the time. I called Precision. They dispatched a technician (Jason). He had the knowledge and the parts to add a remote receiver that is unaffected by the inference.

The technician came out the next day, first appointment. He did an assessment on our garage door. He showed us and explained what needed to be fixed. The repairs were done in a very timely manner. The technician showed us the parts and bearings he replaced. The workmanship comes with a 7 year warranty, no additional charge.
