I chose Precision because many of my neighbors recommend them and a couple of other service people also did. Jose was informative and skilled. He listened to my concerns and made good recommendations about what I needed. He did the work and even put new bulbs in my opener (above and beyond) to help a little “old” lady so she didn’t have to climb on a ladder. Thanks so much for the quick response, excellent workmanship and fair pricing.

Chad was extremely professional and most competent; great customer service and was very thorough in his inspection and recommendations to correct the problems. Over priced. Cost me $720.00 My door got jammed and was out of alignment. Was told I had to replace 4 yr old springs. Long story short 1 1/2 hr of labor and about $50.00 worth of materials that was my cost. A little extreme I think.

I backed into the garage door on Sunday when I left for church. We were not able to close the door. We were so pleased when Chris Johnson was able to put the roller back on the track and the door worked fine again. We had 18year old springs so while he was hear he replaced them. The connection between my door and opener. I was upset in what I thought was a poor job Brian explained why it had been done. He then installed the newest mount. It is definitely a better mount. Brian and his helper were quick, proficient, and courtous. They exp!aimed everything and even advised as to what was the best style opener.

My daughter decided to hang from our garage door as it raised...came off track and then our spring broke! Within an hour of our call Issac was here to install a new spring. Working in the construction field most of my life I was well aware that our 30 year door was on it's last leg. Installing a new spring would have been a temporary fix as the wood was rotten in areas. Precision waived the fee for the emergency call and within 48 hours Jason had our new hurricane proof door installed! Both Jason and Issac we're extremely knowledgeable, polite and hard at it in this heat! Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a quick fix or a new garage door.

You installed a rubber strip to prevent rain from entering our garage under the door. We hope this will work because it is our last resort. Griffin was a very nice technician who knew what he was doing. We have our fingers crossed.

We bought a new garage door in March and in general it works fine. But recently it began to make a loud "thud" sound when it nears the end of its travel when opening. It seems as though something may be binding causing the door to momentarily slow down until the motor can overcome this. Then it jerks quickly to catch up resulting in the thud sound. Your technician investigated and adjusted one of the rails but the problem remains...in fact it may be worse. He told my wife that "it's a big metal moving door and sounds are to be expected". I understand that the door will make sounds when opening, but the jerky movement and loud thud sound is not normal. I'm afraid this will cause a premature wearing out of my opener. I would like another technician to look at this again.

This was the worst service call I have encountered in nine years! Not only did the technician not know what he was talking about but he flat out lied. He could not diagnose the problem with my garage door so he proceeded to tell me the only sure solution to the problem was a $699.00 motor. No wonder they can afford so many commercials. Stay away from this company.
