Initially, I was impressed with the Ad. More impressed when the estimate was given and how professional the presenter was. His vehicle contained all of the sample products easily and professionally displayed. I had other estimates showing me pictures of products--there is no comparison like the real thing. Awesome service! Appt scheduled at my convenience, tech called before arrival and was on time. Tech was able to quickly trouble shoot the problem and fixed it very quickly. I purchased my doors (one double, one single) about 9 months ago, one door simply needed lubrication. Tech was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. We had a garage door emergency on Labor Day and I called Precision (being a first time customer). I believe I spoke with Chelsea who was very polite and friendly. Our appointment was scheduled to be about 4-6 hours from when I called. We were lucky enough to have Mike Fanning as our technician. Mike was very professional, friendly, and got our garage door back operating better than ever in about 1 hour. I actually thought it would take another visit to get it repaired. Mike took the time to show me how to do some routine maintenance, answered ALL my questions and left with our garage looking like he was never there. Definitely consider Precision our garage door service company. Very pleased!

Our old garage door opener used to squeak and strain going up and down. It finally just quit working all together. Zack from Precision Overhead Door replaced the springs and put in a new lifter. He did a great job, and even explained how to program the remotes with my wife's car. He was very professional and polite. Thanks so much for taking care of us!

Great job! Tech showed up on time and work was done quickly. All service/parts explained clearly before work done. Didn’t try to oversell. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 was phone associate pricing miscue. When asked directly, quoted $65-125+ per spring, and affirmed that labor was included in that price. Labor was actually $280 more. I’m ok with the price, just would have appreciated a clearer ballpark before tech arrived.

Josh arrived on time and had his Covid-19 mask on which we appreciated. He was extremely helpful, professional and straightforward in discussing our requirements for three different 8' high garage doors. Our problems ran from not enough clearance for a new opener on one door to an expensive repair on a door we never use to replacing an entire door or the possibility of replacing just one panel of the third door. With his input and suggesting options, we were able to make the best decision on each of the doors and very much appreciated his honesty and concern. In the end we will be installing a new more expensive opener on one door since there is not enough clearance for a traditional opener and we are working with Precision to replace the third door entirely with a hurricane resistant updated contemporary door which we use constantly. At no time did we feel Josh was pushing a more expensive option, on the contrary, he seemed concerned we would make the wisest decision for our needs. We have used Precision previously and will use them again. We feel they are trustworthy, their staff are polite and knowledgeable and we've never had any issues with work performed. We would recommend Precision to others.

Precision came the same day and installed a very good garage door opener that is quiet and secure. The technician was very nice and programmed the garage door opener button in my car. He also installed an outside keypad and showed me how to use it. I am happy with the result and feel the price was reasonable.

Had a garage door mishap on a Saturday afternoon where the spring coil came off the spool. Jeremy Rossi arrived within a two hours of our call and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He said that wornout springs were the root cause so had them replaced. Outstanding service!
