What a great company! Called at 10AM with an issue, by 1PM same day Mike Graves was on the scene reviewing and making recommendations for repair. No surprise to us that we needed major work on springs, bearings and a new opener. Mike couldn't have been more polite, more efficient, more helpful. Even helped programmed our cars! John Pappas was your tech who came out today. He was quick with the install but was concerned about the door opener not fitting correctly in our work shed that had a single garage door opening. After talking with the office he started his work and it fit great with no room for error. He did a great job and we both were happy that there was no problem with the install. John was a very nice and personable. I've had Precision do all of our garage door installs, repairs, door opener installs and etc and never had a problem with their installers. Everyone including their telephone personnel are very very nice. Thanks Precision! Great job again!

We were very pleased with the service we received today. Technician was very polite and answered all our questions.We didnt know we would need a new garage door opener but our old one was 15 years old and wouldn't pay to repair it. We didn't feel pressured by Keven the technician to buy today but felt very comfortable with the product and price we were quoted. I would recommend this company.
