This was the worst service call I have encountered in nine years! Not only did the technician not know what he was talking about but he flat out lied. He could not diagnose the problem with my garage door so he proceeded to tell me the only sure solution to the problem was a $699.00 motor. No wonder they can afford so many commercials. Stay away from this company.

2 men showed up in the time frame agreed and did the work in 1 hr. My request was not easy to explain but they understood and the result was very pleasing. My garage door was so loud it was very annoying and they fixed it quickly. It was costly, $790 but very effective. I would hire them again.

I really knew I made the right decision to call Precision after Alejandro determined my spring was worn out. Watching that huge door drop like a ton of rocks when he pulled the cord to disengage the opener shocked me. Someone could have been killed and at the very least the door would have been damaged terribly. He and Bob put the new spring and other parts (rollers, drums, sensors, cables) in quickly and I got to work on time. And when he went to replace the battery in the outdoor keypad at my request and inadvertently broke a wire, he and Bob replaced my keypad free of charge! Thanks Precision!

The experience started off well with professionals doing a good job with replacing our garage door. They even included the insulation for free after some confusion over the original order. I have now gone through yet another failed attempt with a county inspection because the permitting company's (Gulf Coast Permitting) inability to supply the required documentation to complete the job. Precision Garage needs to find a different company to do take care of the permitting process. This has now been going on for 5 months and I have wasted several precious vacation days because of it.

I have had good service from them. I was disappointed that they have an email address in their emails to me that is not available. I find sometimes things in writing are easier to get straight.

This afternoon I was shocked by the snap of the very large spring/coil and the loss of the motor to my garage door opener. I called Precision and a tech was at my nome in 15 minutes. The problem was extensive and the fix was explained totally in laymen's terms. Bryan worked for several hours and completed the job successfully. Then he told me all about the new machine and reprogramed the remote for the door. The garage was cleaner than when he started. I have never heard a quieter garage door opener. Thank you for being there when I needed you.

Very disappointed. You put in new opener in 2010 so I called you when spring broke. Tech came and presided to tell me rollers,cable was going and an assortment of other problems. Seemed it was more prevented maintance than things that needed replacement . Only wanted springs replaced. Quoted me $880 I said no then it was $780 I refused service because on line average cost was $250-300. I got estimate on line from you and all of a sudden springs are $440. That’s a$340 difference in price. You’ve lost my business and all my neighbors in Salem Village. Refused service.

I have been using Precision forever for all my garage door needs. I am on my second garage door ( this time a Hurricane proof one) and have always had great work done at a fair price. Most recently my Door would not stay closed. They came promptly and Robert Trotter, the technician, took great care of me and was incredibly neat, knowledgeable and efficient. My brother reccomended this co. When my garage door stopped working. Got a live person on the phone right away(which is always a plus) and got an app't same day between 11-3p.m. Mike called and showed up around 12. I was thrilled. Nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. Very professional,and obviously knew what he was doing! Diagnosed the problem,explained everything,and replaced my opener,springs,and rollers. That was a whole lot of work! The door works great now. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I am very pleased with the service that I received on Monday 11-26-18. Christopher Stephens was awesome and very professional. I only have one question. I have an keyless garage door box outside of the garage that I can enter my code in to open the garage door and by replacing g the motor now I cannot use the auto entry. I looked at the paperwork that Christopher left and I did not see instructions on how to reset the password. Was that supposed to e part of my service yesterday ?
