What a great company! Called at 10AM with an issue, by 1PM same day Mike Graves was on the scene reviewing and making recommendations for repair. No surprise to us that we needed major work on springs, bearings and a new opener. Mike couldn't have been more polite, more efficient, more helpful. Even helped programmed our cars! Couldn't recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service highly enough. Well done, guys!

John Pappas was your tech who came out today. He was quick with the install but was concerned about the door opener not fitting correctly in our work shed that had a single garage door opening. After talking with the office he started his work and it fit great with no room for error. He did a great job and we both were happy that there was no problem with the install. John was a very nice and personable. I've had Precision do all of our garage door installs, repairs, door opener installs and etc and never had a problem with their installers. Everyone including their telephone personnel are very very nice. Thanks Precision! Great job again!

Keith Allen was our service technician. He was very courteous and professional. Called the house when he was on the way with an estimated arrival time. Arrived assessed the broken springs, advised me of our option. Spring repair with a new garage door opener install. Great job. We will be calling for a new garage door when the time arises. Highly recommend Precision and Keith.

previous rep installed wrong part making the door unable to be kept open during power outage but current rep found the mistake and corrected it. Door is now operable during power outage. current rep also inspected and installed new battery that also did not operate during power outage. Hopefully no future problems creating hazardous condition. Otherwise satisfied with the service.

My garage door would not stay down after a power outage when power was restored. The technician (Carlos) explained that the system had "learned" a new up/down procedure with the door unattached to the mechanism and he reprogrammed the door and explained how to prevent this from happening in the future if there is a power outage. There was no charge for this. I was quite satisfied.

John T. went beyond my expectations! I wasn't sure what to expect when John showed up, especially after my initial and first experience with Precision. With a non-assuming manner John asked me to explain what had happened during my first experience. I shared with him and he listened. In the end, all of my concerns were addressed, repairs completed, and all within a reasonable timeframe and price. As a person who prefers doing business with companies only through word of mouth or customer referral, I can comfortably endorse Precision Garage Doors. In addition to thanking John for going up and beyond, I would like to also thank Danielle for contacting me shortly after submitting my complaint. She expressed humility and a willingness and commitment to make things right. Lastly, I have not met the ownership of Precision but it occurs to me that it makes the customer experience the most important element of its business.
