He billed my only for the work needed to correct my issue but offered me instruction on use of my system and preventative information that were worth his visit alone. We were very pleased with the service we received today. Technician was very polite and answered all our questions.We didnt know we would need a new garage door opener but our old one was 15 years old and wouldn't pay to repair it. We didn't feel pressured by Keven the technician to buy today but felt very comfortable with the product and price we were quoted. I would recommend this company.

You performed a many-point inspection and servicing of a garage door and opener in a villa that I just purchased. The technician was knowledgeable and clear on all conversation. What a great company! Called at 10AM with an issue, by 1PM same day Mike Graves was on the scene reviewing and making recommendations for repair. No surprise to us that we needed major work on springs, bearings and a new opener. Mike couldn't have been more polite, more efficient, more helpful. Even helped programmed our cars! Couldn't recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service highly enough. Well done, guys!
