2. Service Performed by Kevin, was truly 5 stars. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Quickly understood my concerns, and after a thorough test and check of both my garage doors (RV Door & Dual Auto door), he walked me trough what was causing my issues, and explained how he would be able to correct the faults.
Following my authorization to proceed, he performed the necessary procedures, including replacement of parts; and then thoroughly went through a demonstration of both doors and their performance, asking me if I was able to notice the difference. Almost back to what I remembered when they were initially installed!
Thank you very much! I truly believe "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is what business should concentrate more on. Your firm is excellent in this category.
