I called your company about 3:15 pm and approximately 1 hr later a technician named Robert( Garrett) came to our home. He explained our options and fixed the door. Very friendly receptionist took my call this morning, helpful and courteous. I was frustrated with my broken Torsion Spring and she kept me calm. Residential Technician Chris Pinnegar called me a few hours later, 15 minutes out, then showed up on time. Very clean cut and professional. Looked over my situation, explained the process, gave me an estimate and got to work. My particular springs ran about $200 a piece and that included installation. Although I could have ordered online for less, avoiding possible injury and me spending 2+ hours installing and dangerous loaded spring, I am glad I had Precision Garage Door Tech Chris complete the repair. I would highly recommend and I would use them again if the needed. Thank you Chris and thank you PGD.
