I had a new garage door installed in addition to a new garage door opener. Everything was performed in the time frames indicated-ordering the door and installation. The inside of the garage had to be reframed and it looks great. The old door and opener were all hauled away. It was a great job and the best price among three competitors. Will recommend highly to anyone who asks.

New door & motor installed. Door now catches/binds while closing. Makes loud noise. Needs service call for adjustment. Technicians seemed in a hurry to finish, get paid and leave. They forget to install wall mounted control switch. Had to ask them to do so.

I purchased a new garage door. The sales representitive came on time and quoted the purchase and installation price. Due to the fact that he was on time and courtious I did not get any other bids for a new door. The installer called and scheduled the day that the new door would be installed. He arrived on time and suggested the best way to replace the old door. He worked steady and completed the job in a timely fastion. The installer did a great job of removing all trash and cleaned his work area prior to leaving. I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone needing garage door service or replacement.

Good evening. When I made my appointment I actually requested Keith as he repaired my garage door before. I was satisfied with the ease of making an appointment and the on-time service call. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was told that the total charge would be $118 plus tax. But when he wrote up the invoice there was a $10 fuel charge added. I can't recall paying fuel charge the last time but If he had told me that up front, I don't think that I would have declined the service because I feel that the cost of the service was reasonable. I really that the fuel charge should be disclosed ahead of time. However, I still would choose Precision for any future repair needs.
