We have used this company in the past and were very pleased with their knowledgeable and professional technicians. They realized our problem immediately and gave us an estimate of work to be done in order of importance. We were able to choose the most important that would fit our budget. The company also has a program that helped us to get the most done with sometime to pay for the job. The next morning we could see a bit of daylight under the garage door and living in Florida we did not need any critters in the garage. We called them back and they were there that day and took care of the problem.

Through the advertisements online and on radio i have heard about Overhead door in the past. Needed to repair our existing door opener that had a broken chain drive. Called today and spoke to a very nice and personable receptionist and she scheduled us for an estimate the very same day. Zack came out a few hours later and let us know what was needed to fix the situation. He had the spare parts on the truck and fixed it on the spot. Very reasonable price. He was very polite and professional. The whole estimate and repair was done in less than an hour. Would definably refer or call back anytime.

I had the belt go on my Genie garage door opener and called Precision for a quote. Fortunately they had a truck in my area and came by within an hour of me making the call to the office. Quote was very reasonable so I had them do the repair. The technician was terrific. I wish I got his name so I could include it in my review. Chris showed up on time and called with an ETA. After explaining the problem he went thru several checks to diagnose what was wrong. He was very thorough and made some minor changes to the door to help it work smoother and quieter. He seems to have fixed the problem. After the hurricane and loss of power, I realized that my door wasn't able to stay up by itself. John came and adjusted it and explained how to re-attach it, in the future, when power is restored. The door is beautiful and we already got many compliments on how beautiful it looks.
