Chris showed up on time and called with an ETA. After explaining the problem he went thru several checks to diagnose what was wrong. He was very thorough and made some minor changes to the door to help it work smoother and quieter. He seems to have fixed the problem. Great service....on time....explained what he found and what he did. Very positive experience. Highly recommend Precision.

After the hurricane and loss of power, I realized that my door wasn't able to stay up by itself. John came and adjusted it and explained how to re-attach it, in the future, when power is restored. Precision was fine with my garage door replacement, but was too rigid in their approach. I only needed the actual door replaced, the tracks and other parts were fine. Supply/install of just the door would also have been muck quicker for Precision and cheaper for me. Precision unfortunately would only do the job if they could replace everything. The original garage door for this home was installed by Precision (many years before I purchased the house) I have called Precision on several occasions including today and have been very pleased with their service and personnel. Today Adam Miechle provided me with a new remote since my old remote was destroyed in a car accident. Adam was very polite. He accomplished the the task of setting up the new remote quickly and made sure I understand how the new remote worked. I am happy to recommend your company to anyone who needs garage door repairs or replacement.

Something snapped and our garage door came crashing down. I called Precision and they had someone come over within two hours. By 4 p.m., the technician (David) had repaired the lift system, and now it's working beautifully again. I love the customer service and the reliability of Precision.
