Great experience overall. The service tech was on time, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about garage door servicing and the expected life of each component. Before starting repairs, he provided me with the expected itemized cost as well as options to consider for my new springs; I also got new bearings and shaft. I learned a lot today and will definitely use Precision going forward!

Had a problem with an old Genie garage door opener. Found that the motor was bad and had to replace it. The technician was very professional and personable and represented Precision perfectly. He didn’t hesitate to replace the opener and rollers right on the spot and cleaned up after all work was completed. The great thing is his work was warranted for 5years.

Tyler and Sherman from Precision Garage Door did an outstanding job installing my new garage doors. They were punctual, professional, and clearly very experienced. The installation was done carefully and efficiently, with great attention to detail, and everything operates smoothly. They took the time to explain how everything works, answered my questions, and left the area clean when they were finished. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and especially Tyler and Sherman, for anyone needing garage door installation or service.

Arnold notified me when he was on his way and updated me just before arrival. This has been my former experience with this company on the two previous times they have been here. Arnold was courteous, made recommendations, and did the work efficiently. It's been years since I had to call the company back and am pleased that their level of service remains at the top notch. I will use them again if needed.

This is the second time I have had a precision tech out, first to replace the garage door over 6 years ago, and second to as to repair the door. Like the last tech, this one was just as polite and professional. He walked me through the process and helped prioritize what needed to bed fixed and what can wait. Definitely recommend them for your garage repairs and/or replacement.

Chris McVeigh and Precision Garage Door provided outstanding same-day service. Chris quickly identified serious issues with our old garage door system and completed a full rebuild on the spot, replacing most key components. He worked tirelessly to align everything perfectly, showing a level of dedication that’s rare in today’s service economy. Everything now runs smoothly and quietly, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This made a stressful situation easy and reflects the kind of integrity and craftsmanship that truly deserves five stars. I chose Precision based on many years of excellent service they’ve provided to a family member, and they absolutely lived up to the reputation.
