After the hurricane and loss of power, I realized that my door wasn't able to stay up by itself. John came and adjusted it and explained how to re-attach it, in the future, when power is restored. Just a really informative and friendly young man who made understanding the operation of the door simple and easy to operate.

Precision was fine with my garage door replacement, but was too rigid in their approach. I only needed the actual door replaced, the tracks and other parts were fine. Supply/install of just the door would also have been muck quicker for Precision and cheaper for me. Precision unfortunately would only do the job if they could replace everything. The original garage door for this home was installed by Precision (many years before I purchased the house) I have called Precision on several occasions including today and have been very pleased with their service and personnel. Today Adam Miechle provided me with a new remote since my old remote was destroyed in a car accident. Adam was very polite. He accomplished the the task of setting up the new remote quickly and made sure I understand how the new remote worked. I am happy to recommend your company to anyone who needs garage door repairs or replacement.

The spring broke on my garage door and my car was trapped inside! Precision responded writhing 4 hours, and fixed the door by adding a new spring and a few other identified issues. I’d recommend them anytime!

The appointment happened the same day I called. Alex, the tech, was very professional and explained what he was doing and updating me regarding the condition of our garage door opener. He used the existing new keypad to sync with the garage door opener and also added bolts to the garage door and the opener.

I have used Precision Garage Door Services a couple of times before today. The service representatives have always been knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Travis Prescott continues that tradition. He performed a "Pre-Hurricane tune-up" on the door, and now it opens and closes more quietly than ever. He even helped me set up an application on my cellphone so that I can open or close the door from my phone! That's going the extra mile. My garage door needed one tension cable either replaced or rewound. Technician was excellent and was on site a little less than an hour. The service call was $189.95 -expensive but not unreasonable. I was then charged $ 255.00 for two 7 foot cables that retail for around $25.00.-- This is not only unreasonable but needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau to warn consumers. To add insult to the situation they added another $20 for fuel for the service vehicle. I'm sure this won't show up on their web site but at least I gave it a try.
