He give me options, different price, and that would correct the problem, and I chose what was best for my budget. I saw the ad on TV and was having trouble with my Garage door. The person that came, although the door was placed on a brand new house, it always sounded like it was about to break. The person who came from precision review the door, and explained in detail why the door made so much noice, and rattled. He gave me options, including just service it, and it would last trouble free for a while. He give me all other options, with prices, and how much work I could afford to due, to upgrade the major comports of the door, so it will last and work correct. After review, I asked if he could do the work right then and there, He did, and the garage now sounds and proforms the way a door should. I was very satisfied and happy that I was able to finally get the door operating the way it should have from day one, by upgrading components in the door.

Your service tech was on time, very knowledgeable , friendly, and neat as a pin. He used his blower to clean up the garage, and I must admit he left it cleaner than when he started. My garage door spring broke about 7:00 PM on New Years Day. After making an online appointment I decided to call, as well. Got an appointment for the morning of the next day! The tech, Noah called about 20 minutes before arriving at 8:00 AM. He explained exactly what was needed and what my options were. No hard sell - just the facts. I selected what I wanted and he went to work. Very professional, knowledgeable, and capable. The job was done in well under two hours and the door works better than ever. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.

Used once before when we first moved in. As on that occasion, yesterday's service request was responded to quickly. When the technician arrived, he was friendly, listened to my explanation of the problem, sought out the resolution, offered & explained my options & fixed the problem with a new (much quieter) system. He removed all parts no longer needed - wouldn't even know he'd been there, explained how the new system worked & left us all with the feeling that he'd taken care of our issue as if it was his personal problem. Called Precision Garage Doors last night (8/28/19 as my garage door wouldn't open. Told the receptionist I needed an appointment for the following day which she made for me between 10 and 2. About 12:15 Kevin Cutolo called me and said he would be by in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem as a spring breakage, which blew the motor on the opener. He also stated the end bearings on the right and left side needed replacing. Asked him to make the repairs. He was very professional in his explanation of the issues to me, he left the job site clean of debris and ensured everything was in correct working condition before he left. I am highly satisfied with this experience

I would recommend Precision!! I called on Friday night and they were out at my house the next day at 11:30am. The technician was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be repaired and replaced. I was very happy with Precision.
