5 stars. I was particularly impressed by the technician's introduction of himself to me...along with a hand shake. Garage door needed new springs and a couple of minor repairs. The work was done in good time and Carlos explained what needed to be done, why and gave me the cost before beginning the work. I will definitely recommend Precision.
