I called Precision on a Saturday afternoon as our garage door wouldn't close and I noticed that the cable had broken when it was being closed. It hasn't been long since we've moved into our residence and was really happy that Precision could fix it on a weekend within a couple of hours. The technician was easy to talk to and seemed to know the problem quickly. I would recommend Precision for their excellent work .
