Earlier today, the wall console for our Linear garage door opener started malfunctioning. I called Precision Garage Door, and they sent a technician within one hour. The Technician was very professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the console unit, inspected and service the garage door in a very timely manner. This organization were quintessential professionals from our initial interaction with sales all the way through customer service to installation. I had a difficult time making a decision on the wood look or a painted door and our sales representative, I’m not sure of her name but I think it was Ashley, was amazingly patient, provided all kinds of places I could ride around to look at ideas, and in the end she gave me some really good advice. The installation was very efficient and the young man was thorough and well versed in providing instructions.
