Called one morning after my opener failed. Office made an appointment for 2-6 PM that day. Tech arrived just before 2 PM. Tech diagnosed the problem, gave a clear explanation of the problem and the repair needed. A new operator was very professionally installed. Worksite was cleaned perfectly; system works exactly as it should. These are the type of folks who we can count on....there will be no reason to ever call anyone else. Thanks for Great Service!

We wanted to replace our garage door and opener and got quotes from 3 different companies. One quote was inflated with $800 of add-ons and we disregarded them. The other two were comparable, but we liked the responses that we got from Precision. Jim Stark was great to work with, even though we went back and forth a couple of times as we changed our mind on some options. They handled the permits for us, and were here for the install right on time, as promised. Robert and Sherman did a fantastic job on the install, AND had great taste in music. They were both friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and they left my garage spotless when they were done. We couldn’t have asked for a better job. We highly recommend the folks at Precision.

I had called to arrange for an estimate to have a garage door opener install. A technician arrived and provided me with an estimate that had 2 choices with prices. Me then ask me which one would I like to have done. I said I wasn't sure at the moment can you email me the estimate since it was on his iPad. He then attempted to coerce me to have the job done immediately. I told him I was getting estimates and would review them and make my choice. You still tried to talk me into doing it now and then proceeded to say that there would be a $75 charge for the estimate. When I spoke to their office personnel no mention was ever made that there would be a charged to come out to do an estimate. I had two other estimates free of charge and both were substantially cheaper for the same work. The technician then said he had to call his boss and tell him I refuse to pay the $75. He then told me that it would be tacked on if I took the job. He then sent me the email and left. I then looked up their company and noticed that they do have a service fee of $29.99 and a fuel charge of $20 when they come out for a service call if they do no work. That total was $49.95 not $75. I firmly believe that your technician was upset that he went out of his way to do an estimate and wasn't able to do the work so he wasted his time. My understanding that that's part of the job is to give free estimates. All companies do but apparently your company does not. Do not have them come out to do an estimate as they will try to coerce you to have it done right away. Their price was $3,000 and the other two quotes were for under $2,000 for the same work.

I saw the ad in the paper for Precision and gave them a call. I must say that the service I received from start to finish was excellent. The response time was quick, my service technician Brian was wonderful - he was polite, informative and gave me options on how to best correct the problems I was having with my garage door.
