Andy just left a short time ago. I Knew my garage opener was old and I knew I would need a new one, before he even arrived. He called me and was able to come early. He was pleasant and professional. He evaluated the situation and said if he could repair it he would, but said he would be unable to. i already knew this. I mentioned seeing the website and seeing garage door opener advertised and showing it was 1/2 hp for $349 installed. He explained that model and mentioned that it was one he would have to order in, that they do not have those in stock, so I asked him for something comparable. He provided me a quote. i felt it was reasonable. it was an upgrade motor wise, but I know if anything happened to my current garage door, that it could handle a replacement garage door. He was very neat on placement of things and did ask my opinion on the placement of some thing. I greatly appreciated that he respected being in someone else's home and not just running a wire wherever he felt like putting it. The customer is definitely considered. I will plan on doing business with this company and will request Andy for future service.

My service man Jim was great. Answered my questions, showed me my problems and explained everything thoroughly. Gave me choices of equipment. Went out of his way and moved the gym equipment so he could get my door opener installed.

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to call Precision for my repair. Had new springs, motor and rollers replaced. Can barely hear the door open and close now. Also as senior citizens, we can rely on the WiFi app to insure we remembered to close the door.

I had some miscommunication between "Corporate" (I suspect) and the office in Clearwater, FL because I was given prices for what I was requesting to be repaired, and when the final estimate came in from the technician was $1900. Disregarding the add-ons, the price for replacing just the springs was still not anywhere near what I was originally told (by corporate?). The price for just the spring replacement was not what I was interested in and I stated thank you, but no. The tech later gave me a lower price for installing the two springs to be replaced. He said that was as low as he could do, that it was at cost. I then asked about the veteran's discount which corporate said Precision gave and I also stated that I printed out a $15 discount coupon to be used if I did have Precision do the work. Initially, I was told that I couldn't get that because the last lower cost estimate was at cost to the company. Reluctantly, I agreed to the $320 lower price just to get the work done and not have to get other estimates. Craig did the replacement; when I went into the garage after a while the garage door was open and Craig I guessed was in his truck. It was a while before Craig returned and he then stated that he had spoken to his manager and was allowed to offer me an even a lower price from the original $320 (down to $274). Not hesitating, I accepted the reasonable offer and am quite satisfied with the work completed and the workmanship, professionalism, and Craig's profuse apologies for the discrepancies that arose. I told him not to worry about it, that he was just the messenger and doing his job and did it well and timely. Thank you Craig and to the General Manage in the Clearwater, FL office.

It wasn't just your normal day either it was a Sunday and Father's day, so he did go the extra mile. I'm extremely satisfied and HAPPY!! Best service ever , My technician Jesse Burns arrived early and got right to work . Made his assessment and discussed with me his findings and recommendations. He explained in detail and answered all my questions. No pushy sales tactics at all . I was able to pick and choose what I wanted done. Jesse put my mind at ease and was super professional with a great demeanor . The job was done in a timely manner . And I am utterly amazed on how it looks and sounds so quiet now. He went over what needed to be done to operate what was repaired and what to do to maintain its peek performance. He was well versed in the product and its installation. I would recommend him and your entire organization to anyone with the need for your product. One question; why is your telephone number missing from your TV ad? Your Jacksonville partner lists it. Before I retired, one lesson I learned, make it easy as possible for your customer to contact you without forcing them to go through any unnecessary steps.

I could not be more appreciative of the response today by Precision Garage Door. I backed into my garage door resulting in it being jammed in the door frame. PGD dispatched a technician with an hour! The technician Robert Trottier could no have been nicer. He was very customer focused. He kept me informed and understood my need to be able to get out of the garage by a certain! Excellent Service!! Best service provider I have encountered since moving to FL in 2012!
