Jordan Earhart Tech. came in for an inspection regarding my Precision garage door no closing, he indicated it was the motor. The motor, rails and rollers were replaced with new products. Mid afternoon suddenly our garage door wouldn't close. I found Precision on the web with a Google search. The office was very professional and sent me a repair man within a few hours since I was worried about leaving the garage exposed and entrance to our house through the whole night. Sean took only about 5 minutes to find the problem, which turned out to be very minor. I'm grateful for the fast response and professional service the company and the repair man provided. Highly recommend this company.

Your technician called to say he was on his way. I was impressed by his calming demeanor and his ability to explain what his actions to solve my problem would be. We discussed what maintenance would be beneficial in the future and I have received a quote of what that would cost and I certainly hope that Chris Poland will be available to perform this work. Excellent and fast service. Garage door system broke on a Saturday and I called Precision who had previously done work at our home. Within 2 hours of my call Matt and Alfredo were at my door. They determined the problem and defined the fix and costs. About an hour later it was repaired and working well. Both service men were courteous, and professional.
