We needed a new garage door. Based on their reviews, I called. Ana B came out on time to measure, and talk details. I was concerned about it being too noisy. She had some ideas for me to consider. I’m glad I took her recommendation. They let me know they were on the way. I watched. They were very good at their craft. A few hours later, we have a new door that is very quiet. It’s beautifully insulated (thx AB!). It looks like Fort Knox on the inside with all the reinforcing for the storm weather! We love it!

Christopher did an exceptional job explaining everything and completing the repair in a very timely fashion. Also, made me and my wife feel comfortable with getting the repair done. Just thought the springs were a little pricey, but that was not my technician’s fault. Precision=Price Decision. Just make sure you get a technician as knowledgeable and friendly as the one we got.

Lots of cos. offer garage doors/openers so it is hard to choose. I am so glad I used Precision. Luke arrived timely, was very nice. Had worked for them for 10yrs. Took his time. Didn't try to "sell" me. And because he didn't try to sell me, I bought a new opener. (Previous co. looked at age of opener and said they would not work on it, only replace it - I said "no" and they charged me $70 for the fun!) (BTW the phone scheduler was very nice too.) Very happy with service and so far (after 2 hrs!) happy with the new opener and other bits Luke installed on the door.

The dispatcher was courteous and responsive and kept me informed of the technician's arrival. Michael was thorough in explaining the available options and very professional in his services, explanation and demonstration of the unit after installation, and advised of future maintenance as well. He went above and beyond and my overall experience with this company was excellent. Highly recommend!
