Friday night, end of the week, ready to relax. CRASH! The garage door goes down. Called Precision and was welcomed by Amy who was friendly, efficient and she got us in for appointment later in the day. Wesley arrived even before the time span given, he was polite, friendly and efficient. We realized he was also knowledgeable when he went over all our options with explanations to all of our questions. Precision is lucky to have Westley on their team, we are so happy. The technician Keith Allen came out to my house today programmed my remote and programmed my car to the garage door to open and close the garage door. He also replaced the springs on the garage door. I will use precision door again and would recommend precision doors to anyone.

I called this morning (3/19) in a panic. My garage door wouldn’t open on its own. I called Precision and greeted by Danielle! Very helpful. They sent out Tech Keith! Excellent, knowledgeable, discussed my options and I approved the seervice. It was completed in an hour. Programmed all my remotes and checked entire system, explained everything to me and asked if if I had any questions!! Very impressed! Glad I called Precision!! Thank you !! We had a broken spring. Our technician was Christian and was very professional and helpful, we would highly recommend your company and will always use you when needed! He not only addressed the broken spring, but also check out everything else with our garage door and all components. He provided detailed options and explained everything very well and helped in our decision to have replaced what was needed and now have an excellent running system, of which includes a 3/4 horse powered Lift Master, better for our size and weight door than the old (12 years old) 1/2 horse powered unit, new springs, a very important bracket that was missing he also installed for us; rollers, new key pad and remotes (even took the time to explain how new system operates)complete great system, of which we feel very pleased about, so nice! We new our decision was the right one and know it will last. He was prompt, courteous and very efficient, a joy to meet!! Again.... thank you so very much!!!
