We were very satisfied with the service we received. Our garage door opener needed a new circuit board, but it was 21 years old, so we chose to replace it. The technician was very easy to understand and he was done in less than an hour. He even blew all of the leaves out of our garage as a bonus! I had a problem with the old garage door opener, I looked us service activities on the internet and selected Precision because you could respond right away. Chris Carelas was the technician who responded and he was at my door within an hour of my initial call. Chris was quick in his work, kept everything neat and orderly and in no time the new opener was installed and operational. Chris even took time to program the openers in our two cars. I would rate this a five star service, with an excellent service technician, who is well spoken, and looks professional. Well done Chris and Precision.

On two separate occasions, Precision responded within 24 hours of our call to fix our garage door. The door was originally installed by another garage door company who did not respond timely to our service call. He is very professional, polite, very knowledgeable about garage doors, explains everything he is recommending and will give you different options to fit your budget.
