I had no idea what the issue was with my garage door. Jimmy did an assessment. made recommendations and provided options for different plans with the related cost. I needed a new motor, new bearings and new remote and door opener. Jimmy was able to complete the job in a timely manner, demonstrated how it worked and also programmed my car remote. I definitely will ask for him if I need any further work and will share my very positive experience with others. 5 stars!!!!

He's very knowledgeable in was he needed to do, and did in a clean and timely manner. Although I was not expected to paid as much, after everything was done, I realized that it was worth every penny. I will highly recommend Doug to anyone who needs the service. He asked me various times if I had any question or concern and if I was satisfied, what a great guy!
